About Me

Hi, and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Orange County, California, and I’m dedicated to supporting adults and families through life’s challenges and growth moments. Therapy should be a space where you can truly be yourself, and I approach each session with a person-centered mindset, meaning I see you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders, with a focus on supporting clients through women's and men's unique challenges. My goal is to help you navigate tough moments, overcome obstacles, and make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.

Each person’s journey is unique, and my goal is to work collaboratively with you, honoring your lived experience and focusing on what matters most to you. When we are seen and heard in our entirety, healing becomes possible.

Therapeutic Philosophy

My therapeutic approach combines mindfulness-based practices with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This combination helps clients become more present, manage overwhelming emotions, and respond to stress with greater awareness and resilience.

CBT focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns, empowering you to break free from cycles of negativity and build healthier ways of thinking. By integrating mindfulness, we work to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment, allowing you to create space between stimulus and response. This helps you make intentional choices that align with your core values, rather than reacting out of habit or emotional overwhelm.

Together, these approaches foster lasting change, promote emotional well-being, and support a deeper understanding of yourself—allowing you to move forward with clarity and purpose.

Women's Empowerment and Healing

Supporting women through key life stages is at the heart of my practice. Whether it’s pregnancy, prenatal, or postpartum depression, I provide a compassionate space to help you navigate the emotional shifts that often accompany these transitions. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, balance, and healing, creating a foundation for emotional well-being through all stages of life.

Men's Growth and Self-Discovery

Men face unique challenges when it comes to expressing emotions, navigating self-identity, and managing the pressures of modern life. In our work together, we'll explore these pressures, help you build emotional awareness, and work toward healthier relationships and personal growth. Whether it’s handling stress, expressing your emotions more openly, or finding balance, the goal is to help you feel more aligned with your true self and move through life with greater clarity and resilience.
